Everything that happens on the system is recorded by the computer for you to analyse later, should you wish to see :

  • Which jobs were booked by which telephonists and dispatched to which drivers, and when.
  • The times bookings were received and allocated, and when they were completed by the driver.
  • Which areas had the most jobs, and which had the fewest, which were your busiest and slackest times, etc.

You can study every aspect of your operation, and so adjust, manage and grow accordingly. Passwords prevent others from seeing these details, and it is up to you how much of the information you use, and how you use it. Some will help you reach an overall picture of your business needs. Some may require action, or be useful evidence to prove a point.
